AnyOffer collects only what we need to run a concierge conversation: your messages, contact details you choose to verify, request details, and payment metadata from Stripe. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

• Conversation content you send on the website or SMS
• Verified email or phone when you claim an account
• Request, offer, and payment records needed to fulfill work
• Technical logs with correlation IDs; message bodies are redacted by default

What we do not collect in this pilot

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, passport scans, full tax returns, or other highly sensitive documents in general chat.

Processors

Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (assistant routing), Telnyx (SMS), Resend (transactional email), Sentry and PostHog (errors and product analytics without message bodies).

Retention and rights

Pilot records are retained only as long as needed for fulfillment, legal, and security purposes. California residents may request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected].
